Last week Apple released “Lion recovery update” alongside OS X 10.7.2. This component is required in order to use the “Find my Mac” functionality of iCloud. One strangeness of the 2011 MacBook Air was its inability to reach the 300Mbit/s link speed when on 802.11n 5Ghz Wi-Fi networks; it would simply top up at 270Mbit/s.
